The goal of this program is to begin to position you towards the next steps of growth in your career, and / or aiming for salary increases of 20% to 100% plus over the next 12 months to 5 years.
In this program we start by understand the landscape you are in, breakdown the personalities involved, look at the potential opportunities, begin to reposition you, build your momentum and make a plan for you to seize opportunities. We complete this program together over three, two hour strategy sessions via video call.

Step 2. Understand the landscape & Breakdown the personalities
How to step back and really understand your company.
How to understand what management want (and how you can stand out - even if you are not technically strong at anything in particular).
How to read individuals - their strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities.
How to identify potential allies and potential threats (and how to deal with each).
Step 3. Understand the opportunity & Begin to reposition
How to see and understand ‘the game’ as a whole.
How to understand whether you are in the right company.
How and when to change companies (the answer can sometimes be counter-intuitive).
How to reposition your strengths and weaknesses to flank the competition.
How to prepare yourself to gain an advantage.
How to influence others (indirectly) to gain recognition for yourself with management.
How to direct yourself into a position of leverage.
Step 4. Build momentum
How to increase your skills, knowledge and understanding quickly, without an MBA or multi-year degree (doesn’t mean you can’t also do these if they align with your goals).
How to build trust and relationships with decision makers (without having to schmooze).
Step 5. Subtly make opportunities
How to identify an opportunity vs a dead-end (this can be quite counter-intuitive).
How to build allies to be your echo chamber (without being a networker).
How to identify paths of least resistance.
How to be promoted without asking for a promotion (Yes, this is possible, I will coach you through the process).
How to increase your salary without asking for a pay rise (Yes, this is also possible).
