Dealing with a Difficult Personality Program.
Have a boss, colleague or even customer that is having a negative effect on your career or in the way of your progress?
The goal of this program is to subtly and effectively create a scenario (or set of scenarios) where you stay clear of the fall-out from the individual/s involved and potentially even use the situation as an opportunity for yourself.
In this program we understand the landscape, breakdown the personalities involved, ensure to position you ‘safely’ and also see if we can create opportunities from the situation. We complete this program together over one, two hour and one, one hour strategy sessions via video call.

How to step back and really understand your company.
How to understand what management want (and how you can stand out - even if you are not technically strong at anything in particular).
How to read individuals - their strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities.
How to identify potential allies and potential threats (and how to deal with each).
Step 2. Understand the opportunity & Begin to reposition
How to see and understand ‘the game’ as a whole.
How to reposition your strengths and weaknesses to flank the competition.
How to prepare yourself to gain an advantage.
How to influence others (indirectly) to gain recognition for yourself with management.
How to direct yourself into a position of leverage.
Step 3. Subtly make opportunities
How to identify an opportunity vs a dead-end (this can be quite counter-intuitive).
How to build allies to be your echo chamber (without being a networker).
How to identify paths of least resistance.
